First time using it - I got interested due to the "Tax Virgins" statement where it said first-timers got their tax return done for free. I wasn't certain if this was those doing their first ever return or first return with GoTax. At the end I was told I'd need to pay the fee so I assume that it's for those doing their first ever tax
