First time using it - I got interested due to the "Tax Virgins" statement where it said first-timers got their tax return done for free. I wasn't certain if this was those doing their first ever return or first return with GoTax. At the end I was told I'd need to pay the fee so I assume that it's for those doing their first ever tax

I was unsure what things are claimable The system educates/ provides me with informative choices to allow for a more informed decision. I became educated and gained an increased awareness on items they can claim. System works to support the user and encourage claimable items
